Job Description:
The Willowgrove Division Supervisors are responsible for assisting with organization of the Primary, Junior, or Intermediate/Sophomore/Senior Divisions. Responsibilities include assisting the Assistant Manager with staff and camper cabin recommendations, handling behaviour management issues, drop off and pickup, and special division activities throughout the day. Division Supervisors will also assist the Assistant Manager with communicating to staff about any issues that come up throughout the week. Division Supervisors are not assigned to a group and float between groups to assist counsellors and campers as needed throughout the day.

Week 1: June 30 - July 4
Week 2: July 7 – 11
Week 3: July 14 - 18
Week 4: July 21 - 25
Week 5: July 28 - Aug 1
Week 6: August 5 - 8
Week 7: August 11 - 15
Week 8: August 18 - 22
Must be available to work all 8 weeks of summer
Training/Prep
Start Date: May 22
Leadership Team Orientation: May 22
Leadership Training at WDC: May 26 - 28
Open House: May 31
Staff Training: June 7, 8, 21, 22
Specialty Training: June 27
Camp Clean Up: August 25 + 26
All staff training dates are mandatory unless other arrangements have been made with the Camp Manager.
Position Requirements:
● Minimum completion of grade 12 with prior camp experience
● Strong verbal communications skills
● Standard First Aid/CPR-C (not required but strongly recommended)
● Mental Health First Aid (not required but strongly recommended)
● Clean vulnerable sector police record check
