Willowgrove Farm is located between Markham and Stouffville, and offers a wide variety of day time rental opportunities.
On the outskirts of Northern Toronto, this farm is easily accessible by major highways, and is less than an hour’s drive from most Toronto neighbourhoods. Please note: we are a smoke-free and pet-free facility.

Willowgrove Group Rentals
With clear streams, old-growth forests, and a variety of facilities, Willowgrove is an affordable option for hosting special events, business meetings, retreats, and special celebrations.
How do Farm Rentals at Willowgrove work?
Willowgrove uses an à la carte model for its Farm Rentals. All you need to do is choose your:
Base location:
Start by choosing a hub for your rental: the Outdoor Pavilion, Indoor Pavilion, or Glenbrook Hall.
Length of Stay:
Next, chose how long you want to visit the farm for. Groups can stay anywhere between 4-12 hours.
Add-on programs:
Finally, select any additional programs/acitivities you may want to include, such as: the baseball diamond, fire pits, wagon rides, and/or Outdoor Education.
Rates are effective for all bookings made after Jan. 1, 2024.
Base Locations
Each “Base Location” rental at Willowgrove provides your group with access to all of Willowgrove’s open facilities such as: Washrooms and Out-houses, Trails, the Gaga Ball Court, Soccer field, Hayloft, Games room, and the Playgrounds.
Glenbrook Hall
Willowgrove’s Glenbrook Hall is a quaint camp-style dining hall alongside Willowgrove Creek. Its large windows offer calming views of the creek-side glen, and rolling fields respectively.
The Dining Hall is an indoor, 4 seasons gathering space that is heated by a furnace but also features a picturesque wood fireplace. Outdoors there is a large outdoor patio deck that rests in the shade of a mature canopy, and a gazebo, making it perfect for group gatherings and workshops.
The kitchen is directly attached to the dining hall and comes equipped with a large serving window, with a stove top oven, industrial sized grill, microwave, refrigeration, coffee/hot water percolators, 3 industrial dish washing sinks, 1 hand washing sink, ample counter space, and direct water access. Please note: Willowgrove does not provide cooking, or dining ware.

Outdoor Pavilion
Willowgrove’s Outdoor Pavilion is a traditional, covered gathering area that is perfect for a community get-togethers, and picnics. This open-air structure overlooks Willowgrove’s rolling greens and is located adjacent to outdoor basketball courts, gaga ball, and sports field.
The Outdoor Pavilion rental also includes the use of a fenced in, 23 x 38 meter asphalt pad which includes 4 basketball nets, and 1 funnel ball game.
The Outdoor Pavilion is a great place to gather in warmer weather, and provides shade/shelter against most weather. It comes equipped with one outlet for hydro, and has no direct water access.

Indoor Pavilion
Willowgrove’s Indoor Pavilion is a versatile, 4 season gathering space can be used to host workshops, events, and other large groups. It has many unique features including four large Medicine Wheel murals painted by a Scugog artist, and is equipped with a laser projector and retractable projection screen.
Its two glass garage doors provide ample natural light while overlooking beautiful meadows and gardens, and can be raised to allow for a gentle cross-breeze, and open-air feel.
The Indoor Pavilion comes equipped with ample floor & wall electrical outlets, and has no direct water access. Please note: Ask about recommended vendors for food trucks and portable washroom facilities.

Fire Pits/Fireplace $17.25
Private access to outdoor fire pit or use of Glenbrook Hall’s fireplace, with firewood and kindling.
Wagon Ride $57.50 (Spring-Fall only)
Tractor drawn wagon ride around the property, weather permitting. The wagon holds a maximum of 25 people. Approximately 30 minutes.
Summer Add-Ons
Slip N Slide $34.50
The Slip n’ Slide faces Willowgrove Creek, and provides two lanes of vinyl covered slides that use hoses for water. Priced per group per day.
Baseball Diamond $57.50
A fenced softball diamond, with a dragged aggregate infield and grass outfield, that comes equipped with bases, a pitching rubber, team benches, and bleachers. Priced per group per day.
Winter Add-Ons
Crazy Carpets $11.50
Your group will receive the use of Willowgrove’s crazy carpets for use within the designated areas. Supervision is not included. Priced per group per day.
Snowshoes $5.75

Willowgrove offers photo permits for family portraits, engagement and wedding photos, and nature photography.

A photography permit gives you access to all of Willowgrove’s beautiful outdoor spaces to get creative in capturing your special memories. Explore our apple orchard, old forest, flowing streams, and open fields.
