The Willowgrove Program Staff are responsible for helping the Programs Coordinator with the development and execution of program areas at camp. 

The Head of Sports  position oversees leading the specialty sports program for our Sophomore and Senior divisions, as well as assisting with leading the general sports program for other divisions and any other programs as needed. During the spring, the Head of Sports will assist the program team curriculum development and getting the camp prepared for the summer. 

Employment Dates:

  • June 8, 9, 22, 23, 27 – Staff Training 

  • June 28 - August 23

  • Must be available to work the entire contract 

All staff training dates are mandatory unless other arrangements have been made with the Camp Manager. 

Position Requirements:

  • Age 18+ with a minimum 1 year of camp experience

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Standard First Aid/CPR-C by the start of camp

  • Mental Health First Aid (not required but strongly recommended)

  • Clean vulnerable sector police record check
