The Willowgrove Program Staff are responsible for helping the Programs Coordinator with the development and execution of program areas at camp. 

As Head of Farm Life, you’ll lead the Barn Programs as well as Wagon Rides. Barn programming offers a chance to meet and interact with our farm animals, while also learning more about them.  This role is required to drive the camp tractor for wagon rides.  No prior experience is necessary as all training will be provided.

Employment Dates: 

  • June 8, 9, 22, 23, 27 – Staff Training 

  • July 2 - August 23

  • Must be available to work the entire contract 

All staff training dates are mandatory unless other arrangements have been made with the Camp Manager. 

Position Requirements:

  • Age 18+ with a minimum 1 year of camp experience

  • G2 or G Driver’s License 

  • Passion and experience working in nature with children 

  • Knowledge of animals and farm life is an asset 

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Standard First Aid/CPR-C by the start of camp

  • Mental Health First Aid (not required but strongly recommended)

  • Clean vulnerable sector police record check
